Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process:
1.Email wangmaziknife@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product in its original condition and packaging
2.Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address
3.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status

If you haven't received your refund:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at wangmaziknife@gmail.com

Returning Your Product:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable. 

Non-returnable Items:
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Considerations:
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. If you are returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
