Can l change or cancel my order?
Please check the order status on our Shopify.com. If your purchase hasn't shipped yet, email us at wangmaziknife@gmail.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 48 hours after they are placed.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept PayPal. If there’s a payment method we don’t currently offer, let us know and we can consider adding it. Please note, we do not offer cash on delivery.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification. And when the tracking number updated, you will received and email with your order tracking information.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?
Wangmazi provides a lifetime warranty guarantee for our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable. Please contact Customer Service with your order ID, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, we are members of"Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information like your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
WHY ARE MY KNIVES RUSTING?
Although our knives are stain-resistant, no steel is truly stainless. Avoid leaving knives in liquids and do not wash them in the dishwasher. Use food-safe oil periodically to protect them. If you see oxidation, clean it off with a sponge or soak in vinegar for five minutes.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WOODEN KNIFE BLOCK AND/OR MY KNIVES WITH WOOD HANDLES?
Periodically rub food-safe mineral oil into the wood and wipe away any excess to maintain their condition.
WHY DID MY ORDER COME IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES WITH MULTIPLE TRACKING NUMBERS?
If you ordered more than one item, they may be shipped in different packages, each with its own tracking number.
